Medal correctly impressed ‘56364 Pte. H. Taylor. L’Pool. R.’ Death Plaque named ‘Harold Taylor’ plaque in its original worn card folder.
Harold Taylor served with the 4th and 19th battalions The Liverpool Regiment. Also served with the 2/5th battalion Lincolnshire Regiment (numbered 51572) and was killed in action with this unit on the 15th April 1918. Taylor died age 24 and was the husband of Gladys Taylor, of 35, Curry St., Ardwick, Manchester.
