Medal correctly impressed- ‘4541 Gnr. J. Rayer RGA’ (‘RA’ on the pair, with ‘SR’ prefix to number)

Born 1882, from Bermondsey, enlisted 1900, served various RGA batteries in the UK. Transferred to the army reserve 4/2/12. Original number 2818. Papers show renumbered to 4541
